Bis Chatterjee is a corporate partner and serves as co-chair India practice and leads the US securities laws practice focused on India, SE Asia and Middle East. Bis divides his time between Singapore and Dubai, and works closely with teams across SPB’s global footprint of 54 offices and 1,700 lawyers.

Laurence Lieberman is a partner in the disputes & investigations team at Taylor Wessing in London. Laurence is the Head of Taylor Wessing’s India Group, acting for a range of Indian companies, from startups to multinationals, on international arbitration, commercial court litigation, white collar investigations and regulatory compliance. Sherina Petit is a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright in London and heads the international arbitration practice across Asia, Europe and Middle East. She also heads the firm’s India practice. Besides arbitration she has significant experience in investor state disputes resolution, alternative dispute resolutions (ADR), litigation and regulatory investigations. In addition to acting as counsel in arbitrations, she regularly sits as an arbitrator.
