Hermawan Juniarto was first established in 2005 before changing into Hermawan Juniarto & Partners when it joined Deloitte Legal network in October 2018. Hermawan Juniarto & Partners (Hermawan Juniarto) is one of the few law firms in Indonesia with high exposures in public private partnership (PPP), infrastructure and project finance works. They have assisted in approximately half of PPP and infrastructure projects in Indonesia such as ports and airports, road and toll roads, railways, water supply and water resources, power, waste to energy, mass rapid transit, light rail transit, and fibre optic projects on a nationwide scale. Hermawan Juniarto serves many high profile clients, such as government institutions, SOEs, International donors, and multinational and local companies.
