Introduction
Andi Walli is one of the founders and managing partners of Andi & Law, which is an independent law firm in Indonesia and China that draws on the extensive experience and professionalism of its lawyers who are leading professionals in their areas of expertise and have been assisting clients on Indonesian and Chinese law matters for many years.
Andi advises on M&A, commercial & corporate matters, competition law and IP. He has many years of experience advising clients on issues related to private equity and investments.
Andi’s professional membership includes: The Congress of Indonesian Advocate; Indonesian Receiver & Administrator Association; Indonesian Legal Auditor Association; International Bar Association; Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; and the International Society for Development and Sustainability.
He has a PhD and Master’s degree from China University of Political Science and Law; a Master’s degree from Trisakti University; and a Bachelor’s degree from Diponegoro University. Andi speaks Bahasa, English and Chinese.
