Introduction
Wong Jin Nee is a registered patent, trademark and industrial design agent in Malaysia. She is a member of the Copyright Tribunal and was formerly the president of the Licensing Executives Society, chair of the Bar Council IP Committee, head of the IPR Committee of the EU-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce (EU-MCCI) and executive committee member of the Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA).
Jin Nee is a panellist appointed by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and a mediator with the Malaysian Mediation Centre as well as a certified IP valuer in Malaysia.
Jin Nee’s core competencies include managing international and Malaysian trademark filings and portfolios, IP monetization (including franchising and licensing), IP counselling and strategies, brand protection and enforcement, public policy and government engagement.
