Job Description
Our client, one of world’s biggest logistics property developers, is seeking a seasoned, proactive lawyer to take the lead on a range of legal and compliance matters across Mainland China on a base of Shanghai. You will oversee commercial legal matters, policies and procedures, compliance monitoring and audits/investigations, and regulatory issues.
Requirements
You must be a qualified lawyer with over 7 years’ relevant PQE with logistics, e-commerce, or fintech companies, preferably gained in a Red Circle firm. You must have fluent written and oral English and Mandarin for the role. REF: 15999/VTA
