Advise on legal, commercial, and regulatory issues.
Demonstrate agility across areas of corporate law, litigation & diligence.
Manage legal and regulatory risk for Cred.
Draft and negotiate contracts.
Manage responses to data requests & enquiries.
Work closely with your policy counterpart to developing sector-specific policy.
2 to 3 years’ experience in a law-firm handling diverse commercial matters, regulatory and legal risks. This role has no experience bar. It is the first legal counsel on Cred’s team, and so we expect to structure it around the candidate’s strengths.
Strong problem solving skills – issue resolution and management.
Can independently and simultaneously juggle multiple projects across corporate law, litigation and any other business critical areas.
