Former Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) banking partner Niloufer Lam has joined her husband Zarir Bharucha’s law firm, Zarir Bharucha & Associates (ZBA), as partner.

ZBA has a specialization in shipping, infrastructure, ports, energy, commodities and litigation, and is based in Mumbai. Bharucha told Asia Business Law Journal that Lam’s addition will assist in building out the non-contentious practice areas of the firm.
“The India success story means that clients are increasingly looking for international quality standards and knowledge as well as extensive Indian legal experience, and it was this reasoning that brought about the decision for Lam to join the firm,” said Bharucha.
