In-house counsel from leading companies trade tips on IP protection and discuss the structures, systems and safeguards required for a successful IP strategy in India

Narendra Modi’s government vowed in September to draw up a liberal and comprehensive intellectual property (IP) policy and establish a think tank of experts to keep it informed about the latest IP issues affecting the country. Our coverage is supplemented by two Practitioner’s Perspectives, in which partners at intellectual property law firms offer their take on some of the current issues affecting IP protection in India.
