Offshore law firm Carey Olsen has appointed two senior associates, two associates, a legal manager and a paralegal in its Singapore and Hong Kong offices, further accelerating its growth in Asia.
In Singapore, Kate Lan and Vivian Siah joined as senior associate and associate at the firm’s litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice. Lan specializes in commercial litigation, trust and estate claims, shareholder disputes and corporate insolvency. Siah has expertise across complex, high-value and multijurisdictional disputes. Associate Keng Huang Goh has experience in commercial litigation, while paralegal Christine Fernandez also joined the firm.
In Hong Kong, I Ching Lee joined as legal manager, where she will advise on a range of corporate transactions.
