Introduction

Cui Liguo is the founding partner and the chairman of the management committee of Guantao Law Firm. With more than 20 years’ experience of practicing law, Cui specializes in capital market, M&A, investment and financing.

Cui has provided legal services for the onshore/offshore offering and listing projects of stock, bond and trust funds of many corporations and institutions, as well as share purchases and asset purchases of many listed and non-listed companies at home and abroad, covering a wide range of industries including mineral, energy, pharmaceutical, real estate, manufacturing, communication, hotel, electric power, finance, electronics, food and special steel.

Cui was selected as “The A-List – China’s Top 100 Lawyers” by China Business Law Journal in 2016, 2017 and 2018. He was named as one of “China’s Top 10 Most Influential Lawyers” by ALB China Power List 2015, and from 2008 to 2019, he has also been nominated several times as “Managing Partner of the Year” by ALB China Law Awards.
