Introduction

Fei Mu is a senior partner, Chair of Commercial Dispute Resolution Department of Beijing DHH. Ms. Mu has a diverse practice that focuses on litigation and arbitration, corporate governance and compliance, and banking. She graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and National School of Development of Peking University. Before she became a lawyer, Ms. Mu served as a judge in the court of civil jurisdiction of Beijing Intermediate People’s Court. The cases she presided covered various fields including finance, securities, investment and financing, real estate, company equity, financial leasing, trading, and judicial review of arbitration. Since she began her career as a lawyer, Ms. Mu has specialized in complex commercial dispute resolution, and her clients come from various fields including banking, insurance, securities, guarantees and financial leasing. Ms. Mu has handled a great number of cases in the Supreme People’s Court and higher people’s courts, and has an extensive appellate practice. Based on her previous experience on judiciary, Ms. Mu provides her clients with efficient solutions through her precise analysis and prediction of the case, which is highly recognized by her clients.
