Introduction

In 2008, Wong established Grand & Holders Law Firm. After 11 years of development and under the leadership of Wong, Grand & Holders has boosted its prestige and been awarded honors by ALB (Asian Legal Business) as China’s Fastest Growing Law Firm and Rising Law Firm of the Year in 2014, and Employer of Choice in 2016 and 2019 respectively. Wong has significant experience in the real estate sector, including the investment, development and financing of real estate projects and properties. As a pioneer of urban renewal in southern China, Wong has led over half of the key urban renewal projects in Guangzhou. He is now a legal counsel for several government offices as Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government and some key city projects.

In recognition of his excellence in providing outstanding and professional legal service, Mr. Wong has been named as vice-president of Guangzhou Lawyers Association, director of Real Estate and Construction Specialized Committee of Guangdong Lawyers Association, Deputy to Tianhe District People’s Congress (Guangzhou), Arbitrator of China Maritime Arbitration Committee, Adjunct Professor of the Law School of South China Normal University, etc.
