Introduction

Su Bo is the managing partner and the head of Domestic Corporate and Securities Department of Guantao Law Firm. She has more than 20 years’ experience of practicing law, and is the member of the Securities Law Committee of the Beijing Municipal Lawyers Association.

Su specializes in corporate restructuring and reorganization, company stock issuance and listing, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization and liquidation of financial institutions, international investment and financing, etc. She has provided legal services for many state-owned and state-holding enterprises, private enterprises, listed companies home and abroad in restructuring, reorganization, IPO, refinancing, major asset acquisition, cross-border M&A, private equity as well as perennial legal affairs, and has won high praise from the clients.
