Introduction

Lawyer Wang is the deputy secretary-general and spokesperson of Shanghai Pudong Private Fund Association, the expert counsel for the major issues of Kunshan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Bureau, the member of the NEEQ internal review committee of a well-known securities company’s headquarter, and an external review expert of a well-known insurance asset management company. As a perennial legal counsel, she provides a full range of legal services for a well-known securities company and its private fund managers. She provided professional legal services for many equity investment projects implemented by a number of equity investment funds. In the field of dispute resolution, Lawyer Wang has in-depth research and extensive experience in large asset management business.
