Introduction

Yuan Xiaobin is currently the chairman of Zhonghao Law Firm, the standing committee member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK), the deputy director of the Financial Securities Business Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association, the president of the Chongqing Lawyers Association, the vice chairman of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the RCCK, the legal adviser of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee, the decision-making expert of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, the vice president of Chongqing Law Society, the arbitrator of China International Arbitration Commission, and the arbitrator of Shanghai International Arbitration Center.

Yuan has achieved a doctor of laws degree. He is an expert on special allowances from the State Council. The All-China Lawyers Association awarded him as Outstanding Contribution Award of China’s Lawyer and National Outstanding Lawyer. He has also been repeatedly selected as Industry Talent by the Chambers.

For over 20 years, Yuan has been actively learning from the service experience of international law firms, and also focused on actual legal practice in China. He combines international and domestic practice experiences and provides various solutions to clients.

Yuan has provided high-quality legal services to Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank, HSBC, Citi as well as other Fortune 500 companies such as JP Morgan, ABB, Ford, etc. He has also retained a large number of financial, real estate, and M&A cases. On serving the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee, other parties’ committees and government agencies, he provided professional opinions and actively cooperated with the government and assisted the SOEs on bankruptcy, restructuring and M&A cases, which has made a positive contribution to the deepening reform of SOEs.

Yuan has founded Zhonghao Law Firm in 1997 and led the management team to learn from the advanced experience of domestic and foreign leading law firms. He actively promotes the scale operation, internationalization, specialization, and direct corporation management of Zhonghao. Yuan has successfully led Zhonghao to become the first west China’s law firm to expand to east China and overseas, and promoted Zhonghao to become one of the outstanding corporate law firms. Zhonghao has received many awards, which indicate that Zhonghao is a leading comprehensive law firm in China.
