DeHeng Law Offices is one of the leading law firms providing comprehensive legal services. It was founded in 1993 as China Law Office and was renamed in 1995 as DeHeng Law Offices, which has 53 domestic & foreign offices and over 4,000 legal professionals now.
For over 30 years, DeHeng has been committed to providing quality and efficient legal services for clients at home and abroad. The firm has made outstanding contributions to the economy’s reform and opening-up, national development, and the prevalence of rule of law. We have supported key rational infrastructure projects and created a number of “firsts” in the field of Chinese legal services, including the Three Gorges project and the south-north water transfer project. We also acted as legal adviser for the largest IPOs in the history of domestic capital markets including the listing of Country Garden and Poly Property. We also provided services for Yunnan Baiyao on merging with Baiyao Holdings and listing through merger, Shuanghui I&D on merging Shuanghui Group through absorption, the listing of SMIC, CNOOC IPO and listing on the main board of SSE and so on.
