Introduction

Dong Chungang is a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng, where he specializes in dispute resolution. He is qualified to practice in China and New York State in the US. Before joining the firm in 2006, he worked with China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). Dong graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and Boston University School of Law. He is an arbitrator of CIETAC, mediator of CCPIT Mediation Centre, master student supervisor of China University of Political Science and Law, and council member of the Society of Business Law of China.
