Introduction

Ni Jing is the head of Intellectual Property Center of Shanghai Hansheng Law Office. Her business includes copyright, patent, trademark, Internet against unfair competition, network security and data protection, intellectual property litigation and arbitration, intellectual property strategy and transaction, intellectual property Blockchain and financing. Besides, her team achieved success in network security and data protection, Internet finance, corporate structured financing and asset securitization projects. She also dominated many innovative intellectual property asset securitization projects across the country and the first Blockchain asset securitization projects.

Ni worked in Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court, and currently serves clients including Fortune 500 companies, large aviation companies, petroleum companies, leading Internet companies, film and television entertainment companies, technology and financial companies, and biomedical companies. She is not only good at providing professional advice to clients in commercial operations, but has also dealt with many influential lawsuits and arbitration cases successfully, which has led her to win the trust of customers and industry praise with her outstanding professional skills and excellent legal services.

Ni is one of the first Chinese-French joint training doctors of law, a post-doctoral fellow of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and an associate professor and master tutor of East China University of Political Science and Law. She has deep legal theory background, has published two personal monographs and dozens of papers in core journals, and undertook the State Intellectual Property Office, Shanghai Intellectual Property Office, Shanghai Judicial Bureau, China Aviation Law Research Association, Alibaba Group and other commissioned special topics.

Ni is also appointed as arbitrator of Shanghai International Arbitration Centre. She is an invited mediator of Judicial Bureaus from Pudong New District, Xuhui District and Hongkou District. She is also an invited supervisor of Judicial Bureau of Yangpu District. She is an expert on overseas intellectual property rights protection in the first China International Import Expo. She is a consultant to Shanghai Computer Association, Shanghai Internet Association, Shanghai Electronic Commerce Association, and is an independent director of many listed companies. She is a special guest of the column “Legal System World” and a guest writer of “China Intellectual Property” magazine.
