Introduction

Roy Ren is senior partner and co-executive director at Beijing DHH Law Firm. He specializes in competition law and commercial dispute resolution. In competition law, Ren has provided legal services in numerous concentration , cartel and dominance-abusing cases. In addition, he has provided legal services to many companies in antitrust compliance training and premerger consultations. In dispute resolutions, Ren’s practice covers international trade, real-estate development, trust, power, finance, insurance, etc.

He received his LLM degree from Law School of Temple University and PhD in judicial science from Law School of University of International Business and Economics.
