Introduction

Wan Xing is partner at DaHui Lawyers and a member of its litigation and arbitration practice team in Beijing. He has more than 10 years of experience in handling complex commercial litigation cases. Wan has represented numerous multinational corporations and large domestic enterprises in complex commercial arbitration and litigation proceedings. He specializes in resolving financial disputes, as well as matters related intellectual property, real estate and construction, employment and anti-competition, FCPA investigations and corporate litigations.

Wan holds a LLM degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, along with a LLM from Peking University and a LLB from China University of Political Science and Law. Wan is qualified for the PRC Bar.
