Introduction

Zhang Xiaofeng is a partner at V&T Law Firm and director of Beijing Office Executive Committee. He is also deputy director of the Construction Law Legal Committee of the Beijing Bar Association, an arbitrator of the Tianjin Arbitration Commission, an expert in Public Private Partnerships for the National Development and Reform Commission, as well as the State Ministry of Finance, and a member of the PPP Professional Committee of the China Urban Governance Modernization Institute. Zhang specializes in real estate, construction engineering, infrastructure, dispute resolution and litigation. He holds a Bachelor degree of Engineering from the Department of Civil Engineering of the Beijing University of Science and Technology and a Master degree of law from the Law Department of the University of International Business and Economics. Among Zhang’s professional qualifications are as a tenderer handling civil construction budgets, member of the Chartered Institute of Building, an expert of IBEC Certification of International Engineering Contract, has completed the Beijing Arbitration Commission Construction Project Dispute Reviewer Training and holds qualifications for independent directorship of listed companies.
