Clyde & Co has entered into two new arrangements recently, one in Malaysia and the other in New Zealand.
The firm entered into an association with Malaysian law firm Shaikh David & Co in a move the firm said would allow it to provide an integrated service for existing clients in Malaysia, and internationally when appropriate, across key sectors such as insurance, construction and infrastructure, transportation, natural resources and energy.
Shaikh David & Co is a partnership between Shaikh Abdul Saleem and James P David, which offers insurance and reinsurance, banking and insolvency, shipping and offshore and general litigation and corporate advisory legal services in Malaysia.
