Every year, the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) accepts international commercial arbitration cases covering such different fields as international sales of goods, construction projects, real estate, information networks, the movie industry, equity transfers, investments, loans and insurance. At the end of 2012, BAC had accepted 494 international commercial arbitration cases, with an average of 46 international commercial arbitration cases each year since 2005.

BAC is evaluated as “the only local arbitration commission which meets or surpasses global standards” by the Economist Intelligence Unit, and the commission has won a reputation for meeting international standards on concepts, rules and services.

BAC provides the parties to international commercial arbitration cases with high-quality services by means of its independent and impartial concepts, advanced arbitration rules, professional services and international arbitrators.
