Saikrishna & Associates represented Disney Enterprises when Delhi High Court granted the entertainment giant interim injunctions against 37 websites that Disney said were enabling the downstreaming of their films and other programmes without licences.
The 27 July order also allowed Disney to take action in future against other similar rogue websites, to enable the court to dynamically monitor such online copyright infringement.
