Employer obligations regarding occupational hazard warnings

On 13 November 2014, the State Administration of Work Safety issued the Regulations on the Administration of Occupational Hazard Notifications and Warning Signs, which increase employer obligations in terms of notifying employees of occupational hazards and setting up warning signs at workplaces. In particular, the regulations require employers to do the following:
