The inaugural Hong Kong M&A Forum successfully took place in Hong Kong on 20 June 2019. The event bought together over 235 senior delegates including corporate investors, private equity fund managers and M&A advisors, representing 165 different organizations from 10 countries.

The conference, which focused on the latest deal making trends, regulatory changes and strategies for M&A in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and beyond, was kicked off by an opening keynote by Victor Fung, Group Chairman, Fung Group and featured leading executives from Natixis, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Jardine Pacific and Alibaba Innovation Ventures speaking on a number of selected and well-researched topics including strategics vs PE in the M&A process, shareholder activism and public company takeover defences, and technology opportunities in the Greater Bay Area.

The Hong Kong M&A Forum returns to Hong Kong on 8 December 2020.
