Advances in technology are impacting the conduct and security of international arbitration. Our seminar will discuss the intersection of international arbitration and technology, focusing on cybersecurity issues and disruptive technologies.

Our panelists will consider both the positive and the dark side of advances in technology; how evolving technologies can be used to enhance the resolution of international disputes and deal with new types of dispute, but also to compromise security, particularly where parties are unaware of the risks.
