Eversheds Sutherland Hong Kong counselled Baird Capital on its majority stake acquisition of Vega Global Group. The Eversheds team was led by M&A partner Charles Butcher in the acquisition. The firm worked alongside Baird team leader and partner Andy Tse on the transaction.
Vega, established in 1986, and headquartered in Hong Kong, has 14 offices across 11 countries. It is one of the largest system integrators and service providers for audio-visual solutions, video conferencing, and collaboration technologies.
