Sidley Austin announced that Allan Wardrop joined the firm’s Hong Kong office as a partner in its global finance practice.
Wardrop was formerly with Hogan Lovells. He represents private equity sponsors, hedge funds, asset managers, and commercial and investment banks concerning mezzanine, special situation financings and investments.
