AnJie Law Firm recently announced that Jerry Xia Feng has joined the firm’s Shanghai office. His IP and technology transactional experience will enhance the law firm’s capability in IP litigation and enforcement, trade secret protection, IP licensing, corporate IP strategy and management, and government policy advocacy areas, both in China and the Asia-Pacific region. He is listed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) as an “IP expert” in the industry and information technology field.
Xia joined from Honeywell, where he had been deputy general counsel and chief intellectual property counsel for Asia-Pacific since 2007. Apart from IP filing, prosecution and portfolio management, Xia also provided transactional support to Honeywell’s IP licensing activities, M&A due diligence & integration, and contract drafting & negotiation services.
