The founding partner of Parinam Law Associates intends to make the law firm “an all-encompassing litigation firm” with corporate law as the next focus.
“We want to make it a single-point litigation firm where white-collar crime, securities fraud and all these things are covered, and we are focusing on corporate as the next phase [of growth],” Ravichandra Hegde, the founding partner of Parinam Law told India Business Law Journal.
Hegde recently quit as an equity partner at J Sagar Associates (JSA). He founded Parinam Law with former Juris Corp partner Hitesh Jain and former JSA senior associate Paras Parekh with offices in Mumbai, New Delhi and Pune. The firm has seven partners and 50 associates, many of whom followed Jain from Juris Corp.
