On 10 March, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) released the 2015 version of the Catalogue of Industries for Guiding Foreign Investment, which replaced the 2011 edition.
Although the 2015 catalogue may not fully satisfy the expectations of all, the significant openings promised by this new catalogue should present many opportunities for foreign investors active in the liberalized sectors.
