Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) further strengthened its Australia offering by promoting energy and renewable specialist Jo Garland and appointing regulatory and product liability expert Michael Maxwell as partners in its Perth office.
Maxwell, previously at Clayton Utz, has more than 20 years of experience acting in high-stakes complex litigation, enhanced by his background in scientific research in pharmacology and toxicology.
