Neeraj regularly assists clients with regulatory advice, product development and insurance coverage issues. His coverage advice for insurers and reinsurers encompasses a wide range of policy lines, including D&O, E&O/professional indemnity, CGL, product liability, public liability, MD, BI, CPM, DSU, ALOP, EAR and CAR. Neeraj is currently managing claims on behalf of insurers and reinsurers in India, the US, the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Neeraj and his team also specialise in litigation and arbitration. They handle ad-hoc arbitrations as well as institutional arbitrations, including those conducted under the auspices of the London Court of International Arbitration, International Chamber of Commerce, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Dubai International Arbitration Centre, and the Indian Council of Arbitration. Neeraj also acts as an arbitrator, and was invited to be the first president of the Insurance Law Association of India being formed in association with the British Insurance Law Association. He is also a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry’s National Committee on dispute resolution and former chairman and current committee member of the Indian Associated Chambers of Commerce Expert Insurance Committee.
