Sherina Petit is a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright in London and heads the international arbitration practice across Asia, Europe and Middle East. She also heads the firm’s India practice.   • Represented Reliance Industries Limited in its acquisition of Radisys Corporation (Nasdaq: RSYS), a US publicly listed company, for US$1.72 per share in cash, which transaction involved obtaining the timely approval of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
  • Representing Reliance Industries Limited in connection with the combination of its digital music business, JioMusic, with Saavn Media, a leading global music app, in connection with which Reliance made an up-front investment of US$124 million and made a commitment for an additional equity investment of US$80 million, all of which resulted in Reliance having a controlling interest in the combined entity, which is valued in excess of US$1 billion.
  • Representing Piramal Critical Care, Inc., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises Limited, on its acquisition of an Abbreviated New Drug Application relating to Levothyroxine Sodium for Injection and related assets from Fera Pharmaceuticals, LLC, Fera Development, LLC, and Oakwood Laboratories, LLC, and the negotiation of a Manufacturing Supply Agreement with Oakwood Laboratories, LLC.
  • Represented Cisco Systems, Inc on its acquisition of (i) July Systems, Inc, a privately-held company headquartered in Burlingame, California with offices in Bengaluru, India; and (ii) 47Line Technologies, Inc d/b/a Cmpute.IO, a Delaware corporation together with its wholly-owned Indian subsidiary.

Ralph received his law degree from Georgetown University. He has a Master’s degree from the University of California, Riverside and obtained his undergraduate degree from Wheaton College.
