Introduction

Martin Imhof is a partner and head of India desk at the German law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. He regularly represents strategic and financial investors in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and investments, and in the structuring of international joint ventures. He advises Indian enterprises investing in Germany and coordinates outbound work for German clients.

Additionally, Martin advises in general corporate and commercial matters, including international supply.

Martin is recommended in M&A by the German business journal WirtschaftsWoche (2016). The Legal 500 Germany 2019 named him for Trade and Distribution. Chambers Global 2016 recognised his India-related M&A expertise.
