The Indian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA), together with Covington and Chandhiok & Mahajan, organized a successful roundtable discussion on 12 October at The Leela, Gurgaon, entitled “The Control of Big Data – Issues, Challenges and Competition Law Issues”.
The 90-minute interactive session was attended by about 15 general counsel and senior in-house counsel from companies including Boeing, Usha International, Lanco, Sabic, ATC, Apollo Tyres, Ford and Siemens to name a few.
The keynote speaker was Sudhir Mital, the chairperson of the Competition Commission of India.
