The Korea In-house Counsel Association (KICA) has launched an English-language website designed to meet the interests of foreign institutions, law firms and Korea’s foreign in-house community, and to promote global exchanges.
KICA President Lee Wan-Keun said: “We are very pleased to announce the launch of the English Version of the KICA homepage as a renewal of our KICA homepage. It opened as an English-language website, at http://www.kica.bar/page/main_eng, on 25 April and completes detailed revisions on 5 July.”
With the launch of an English homepage, the KICA plans to share up-to-date information and news on the Korean in-house counsel community more robustly through various communication boards on the website. Updates will cover various topics such as compliance, ADR, policy, education, training opportunities for lawyers, and pro-bono activities.
“The design features a simple layout with blue-colored icons, while emphasizing unity with Korean-language homepages,” said Lee. “We hope the opening of the website will further boost exchanges and co-operation between our society and foreign legal circles,” he added.
