K&L Gates has appointed Yeu Sook-young, Scott Peterman and William Ho as partners in its integrated funds and private equity practices in Hong Kong.
Yeu and Peterman have years of expertise within the Asian funds industry, having counselled on private equity and venture capital funds, real estate investment funds, hedge funds, buyout and restructuring funds, mezzanine funds, funds-of-funds, co-investment funds, emerging manager platform funds, and emerging market exchange-traded funds.
Ho specializes in M&A and private equity transactions. He has represented early to late-stage tech companies and on all aspects of their capital raisings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and exits. His clients include private equity funds and venture capital funds in their investments across Asia, with a focus in technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT).
