Klook’s US$225 million series D+ and US$200 million series D round funding

The Maples Group’s legal services division in Hong Kong has advised Klook on a US$425 million series D/D+ round funding, led by SoftBank Vision Fund, followed by Sequoia China, Matrix Partners, TCV, and OurCrowd. Founded in 2014, Klook is a travel activities and services booking platform that gives travelers a way to discover and book attractions, tours, local transportation, best foods, and unique experiences around the world on its website and app.

With its innovative technologies, travelers can book on-the-go and redeem the services by using QR codes or e-voucher. The Maples team comprised partner Everton Robertson and legal manager Stacey Yuan.
