King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) recently added three counsel to its Hong Kong office. They are Jonathan Chapman (banking and finance), Gary Lam (corporate and securities) and Priscilla Wong (corporate and securities). Their addition will strengthen the firm’s capabilities in corporate, non-contentious regulatory and compliance, and structured finance.
Chapman represents investment banks, funds, insurance companies and corporates in a range of structured finance and derivatives transactions across the Asia-Pacific region. His practice includes advising on equity, credit, fund-linked, foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives, equity financing and trade financing, structured repos and securities loans, structured credit transactions, and regulatory matters and disputes.
