Tuli & Co was established in 2000 to service the Indian and international insurance and reinsurance industry. We are an insurance-driven commercial litigation and regulatory practice and offer “cradle to grave” services, from drafting direct and reinsurance wordings, advising on setting up of distribution networks, claims coverage across several policies, to handling disputes. While we have offices in Delhi NCR and Mumbai, we have working connections with firms across India and globally via our association with Kennedys. Practice areas: insurance and reinsurance coverage and claims management, insurance regulatory, product development, dispute resolution, and alternate dispute resolution.
