The management committee of Link Legal India Law Services has appointed Siddharth Srivastava as an equity partner in its Delhi office. Srivastava joined the firm in mid-2015 and worked to strengthen the project finance and banking verticals within the projects finance and infrastructure practice. Srivastava also set up the firm’s insolvency law practice.
He has worked extensively with banks and financial institutions in both domestic and foreign currency financings, and advises clients on syndication, debt restructuring and securitization matters. Srivastava also advises clients involved in infrastructure projects including national highways and acts for lenders, bidders and developers of the project.
Srivastava began his career with ICICI Bank in the corporate banking group before moving to IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation where he was involved in structuring and advising on infrastructure projects. He was previously with Luthra & Luthra in the firm’s Delhi office.
Srivastava graduated from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, in 2006 with top honours. He also holds a LLM from Columbia University School of Law in New York. He is currently pursuing his PhD from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.
