Veteran lawyer Pan Xiang has recently joined AnJie Law Firm’s Shenzhen office. Pan became a practicing lawyer in 1998 and his practice mainly focuses on litigation and arbitration, insurance and reinsurance, investment and financing, corporate governance and operations, and labour law.
A specialist in litigation, Pan’s role as an arbitrator for the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission (SZAC) has afforded him an alternate viewpoint when examining cases, earning him the ability to identify the crux of a dispute.
As a part-time arbitrator for the Shenzhen Labour Dispute Arbitration Committee, Pan has arbitrated a large number of labour dispute cases, and developed skills in constructing systems for corporations to protect against labour-related risks, as well as preventing and resolving disputes. He also has experience covering the legalities of investing and financing, and corporate governance and operations.
