L&L Partners has hired Arjun Rajgopal as a partner in its M&A and private equity practice. Rajgopal will work out of the New Delhi and Bengaluru offices of the firm. He joins from Krishnamurthy & Co, where he was a partner and had worked since December 2017.
“My exposure at my immediately preceding firm was largely in the VC [venture capital] space and in mid-market acquisitions,” Rajgopal told India Business Law Journal. “Having worked with a large law firm in the past and having worked on several large and marquee transactions at the time, I was keen on returning to a set-up where I would be exposed to mandates of that nature once more.”
