Naik Paranjpe & Co has reverted to its original name, Naik Naik & Co, following the departure of partner Ashok Paranjpe. The change is effective from 1 June. The firm will continue to focus on its core areas of real estate, telecommunications, media and technology, corporate work and dispute resolution.
The rebranding comes just a year after Paranjpe joined the firm as a partner. He has previously spent 26 years at Wadia Ghandy & Co, where he had been a partner for more than two decades. His key areas of expertise include real estate, banking and finance and dispute resolution.
Four members of Paranjpe’s team have joined him in the move. They include Leena Desai-Padhye, a salaried partner at Naik Paranjpe & Co, who had originally worked with Paranjpe at Wadia Ghandy & Co.
