Shashwat Kumar has joined the projects and project finance practice at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) in its New Delhi office. Kumar told India Business Law Journal that taking up the position with SAM “was an easy decision to make” as it offered him the opportunity to “grow the firm’s projects and project finance practice.”
Kumar joins from Link Legal India Law Services, where he worked from 2016 and was made a partner in 2017. Kumar has more than 13 years of experience advising public sector and multinational companies in the infrastructure sector.
