Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Haitong International Capital as the sole sponsor and sole global co-ordinator on the listing of Pujiang International Group on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Pujiang listed on the exchange on 28 May and its initial public offering raised gross proceeds of approximately HK$643.2 million. Pujiang is the largest supplier of bridge cables for the construction of super-long-span bridges in China and the third-largest pre-stressed materials manufacturer in China.

Norton Rose Fulbright’s head of Hong Kong, Psyche Tai, and partner Doris Ng led the team advising Haitong. Assistance was provided by consultant Allan Yee, associates Elfleda Wong and Raymond Yeung.

“After a promising start to the year, the outlook for the Mainland China and Hong Kong IPO markets is positive. There is great potential for further listing activity, notwithstanding wider global economic volatility,” Tai said.
