IndusLaw plans to strengthen its litigation team across its four offices and recently hired Swapnil Khatri as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution practice.
“It has been the firm’s goal to have a strong and competent litigation team across offices,” V Srinivasa Raghavan, a founding partner of IndusLaw and the head of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice, told India Business Law Journal.
“Getting Swapnil on board will significantly enhance the firm’s existing dispute resolution and litigation capability in Mumbai.”
Khatri will work in the firm’s Mumbai office. She joins from Wadia Ghandy & Co, where she began work as an associate in April 2008 and worked up to the partner level. “I am excited to join IndusLaw as it expands. I will contribute my knowledge and experience to the firm’s ongoing success. I will also take every opportunity to learn from the leadership,” said Khatri.
Khatri specializes in strategizing, managing and advising on complex disputes. IndusLaw has offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
