Paul Hastings has recently taken on two partners from Fried Frank to boost its corporate practice in Asia.
Douglas Freeman and Victor Chen will both join Paul Hastings’ Hong Kong office as partners in the corporate practice. Freeman has acted for public and private companies, private equity firms and investment banking firms, and his practice covers M&A, public offerings, leverage buyouts and other corporate transactions.
